Customer Service
KCI Medical Australia prides itself on our National Call Centre
which is integral in delivering a high level of service to our
customers.
The National Call Centre is available for 24hr a day support and
is responsible for taking orders, amending any changes in
situation, ceasing and arranging collection of your rental
devices.
Our friendly and dedicated Customer Service Team will follow up
requests or ensure the customer is put in contact with the most
appropriate person at KCI Medical. Customer Service understands the
requirements of individual hospitals and can tailor ordering and
invoicing processes to suit the customer.
