Account Sales Coordinator, Various locations
Based out of Head office location we are currently seeking
Account Sales Coordinators for various locations
including (but not limited to) Ontario, Eastern and Western
Canada.
The Account Sales Coordinator:
- Works with assigned Account Executives and Clinical Executives
to service existing accounts and achieve account revenue
targets
- Prospects new account opportunities within assigned accounts by
identifying potential candidates for use of KCI therapeutic
devices
- Conducts product in-service rounds for assigned
customer/patient accounts and arranges for product servicing as
needed
- Assists with patient placement on KCI therapeutic devices and
provides customer technical support and training
- Participates in account business reviews
Tracks rental equipment within accounts, and monitors owned units
where applicable
- Completes and submits required corporate and region
reports/documents within designated time frames (Action plans,
tactics, summary reports on business movement)
- Performs routine administrative duties related to customer
invoicing, credit & collections, billing patient lists and
revenue reports (logistical sales support for the assigned
accounts)
Perform general technical inquiries on site
- Reports all activities regularly, efficiently, and consistently
in COMPAS data system
Performs other duties as assigned
Experience
- Two years experience in a healthcare sales support or service
role preferred
- Medical background in certain districts (where
applicable)
- Previous experience in a sales or product consultant capacity
preferred
- Medical device industry experience preferred
Education
- Post-secondary level education in health-related field
- Post-graduate qualifications in science or medicine viewed
favourably
- Must successfully complete all currently designated training
programs for this position.
Personal Characteristics
- Demonstrated working knowledge of medical terminology,
provincial funding knowledge by sector and third party payer claims
required
- Ability to cover large geographic boundaries required
- Ability to work weekends and on-call when required by a
scheduled basis
- Must be willing to travel by commercial air to attend scheduled
business and KCI corporate functions when required
