Jutta Wilbert
What is your name and your current role with KCI?
I am Jutta Wilbert and I work in the Customer Service
Department, a call centre with a 24-hour hotline. We work in shifts
and take calls from customers who order our therapy systems or
dressings and accessories.
Why did you choose to join KCI?
I was working as a secretary in foreign languages before I
joined KCI in May 2004. I chose to join KCI because I wanted to
work in a big team again. From the very beginning I was interested
in KCI’s products. I like the social aspect: Our products help
people.
What do you like most about working for KCI?
I like communicating with people and talking to our customers on
the phone. The atmosphere among the colleagues is informal. I love
being part of the KCI team.

Outside of work I like reading, writing, going out and having
fun with my friends.
