Large RCT shows clinical efficacy of V.A.C.®

A new large multicenter randomised controlled trial shows a significantly greater proportion of diabetic foot wounds completely healed with V.A.C.® Therapy, compared to advanced moist wound therapy. The study also showed significantly faster wound healing, a reduced number of secondary amputations and no changes in therapy associated complications.
