Study days at KCI in the United Kingdom

As an organisation KCI continually strive to provide our customers with up-to-date patient focused educational material.
Study days aim to inform KCI product users about the theory behind the products and to provide workshops on the correct usage and application of our products.

This is delivered in a number of formats:

• We have a fully equipped facility based at our head office near Oxford, where we can accommodate up to 60 people, allowing for presentations and hands-on training with a variety of KCI Therapies
• Training can also be arranged in a hospital teaching centre, lecture theatre, within a ward setting or at a university conference centre. Training can also be arranged at a venue of your choice 
•  The content and depth of information can be tailored to your needs by the use of our comprehensive range of education modules, specialist speakers and the inclusion of trust specific policies and protocols

Potential study day titles for the coming year are:

• Introduction to V.A.C.® Therapy - including wound assessment and wound healing
• V.A.C.® Therapy - Intermediate level 
•  V.A.C.® Therapy - Advanced level
• 'Back to Basics' - pressure ulcer risk factors, assessment and prevention modalities
• 'A weight off your mind' - Bariatric patients and care problems they present
